Troop 316 is a dynamic group of boys and adults, focused on positive growth, fun, and skills development through the indoor and outdoor activities and programs of the Boy Scouts of America.
We are also a Christian troop that seeks to merge the Methods of Scouting with Biblical principles and attitudes.
- Boy-leadership. Scouts run the meetings and activities and help each other advance
- Adult guidance, to support and mentor the Scouts
- Weekly troop meetings, first and second Fridays of each month
- Monthly camp-outs, usually the third weekend of each month
- Semi-annual Merit Badge Weekend programs
- Popular week-long Summer Camp program
- Occasional high adventure outings for older Scouts
